A big cheater on earth
They took all my money and cheated me. Never gave me salary. Mrs Sue a biggest mastermind to cheat poor people. I dont knw how i explain what i suffered which made me in debt.

Hi, its been 60 days that full and final settlement is pending for me when I had released back the maid in 1st week of October. Koosh just takes customer for granted. Beware - don't use their services. All Happy Happy when you start engaging and after that when u release maid - no attention to your mails. They just reply 'NOTED' on each of your mail. I highly recommend to not take their services. They don't pick calls whenever required.

The agency took deposit and showed maid profiles. We accepted one maid and later they showed us document that the maid had court case and we have to agree to send her court for her previous case whichever date court calls her to go. So we didn't want to employ her and cancelled the choice. The agency then said they don't have any more maids and also did not refund the money. This agency is a scam and will cheat the funds. I am very worried in Singapore that this agency is creating fear and doubts about the integrity of law in Singapore as I just noticed so many complaints against this company and no action as been taken by Ministry of Manpower. The agency boss even claimed that they have people inside and nobody can take action against them. Their hands are politically connected. This kind of statements are very empowering to end users and fellow Singaporeans.

No fulltime maid please
Hi All, I really had a very bad experience with Nepali maid. She came here from India not to find work and earn money instead she was trying to attract my husband by wearing tight clothes, short clothes, sleeveless and attractive transparent bras and tops. My Nepali maid was having very bad intentions. So forgetful all the time. Always interfering and taking interest in family matters. Always begging dollars. Great liar. These full time maids takes full advantage of small kids when left unattended. Many times I found her kissing my baby lips. These are really shameless creatures. Always interested to eat whatever you are eating. Keeps full watch on you and even tries to complain about you to your husband. Ladies please beaware of these full time maids. They will eatup your family integrity, privacy and happiness. Its better you do your work by your own instead of hiring such cheap and characterless full time maids.

This agency tried to send her back to us, but we didn't agree. They placed her to someother employer somehow. And now they are refusing to refund the two month's maid loan that we have paid though they agreed to repay initially. They said they'll repay in 4 weeks. And after 2 months, they are saying they won't repay because we didn't give 21 days time to the maid which is mentioned in the clause for the replacement of maid. Not sure how this clause is applicable for repayment of maid loan. Employers be cautious, if you are planning to hire a maid through this agency or already hired. All their employees also cheaters...MAHESHWARI ANJALI, DAS DIPANTI(Dip), SUKHPREET KAUR (Sue) and MANMIT KAUR

Their service is very good. Some agencies always keep increasing maid salaries just to collect more from the maids and from the employers. But sometimes, this results in unemployment for some of the maids who are really very poor and badly needs job. But we noticed that this is not the case with Koosh Employment. They are very kindhearted with the maids and they try to help both employers and maids. We had hired 4 domestic workers in the past 6 years. Koosh service is the best among all the agenices we dealt with. We are happy with their service.

Koosh Employment Agency -- FRAUD on FDW's and Employers
Hi I hired a maid from Koosh Employment agency and they charged me 1200 SGD for the same. They asked me to do a bank transfer and did not issue a receipt to me. Once the maid arrived my place , within 2 weeks she mentioned she has to go back to home town as the agency told her to only work for 2 months. She gave me in written that she was told by agency to work for 2 months only. When i contacted agency they totally refused and said they never say anything like this and its between me and my maid issue now. They even told me to purchase her a ticket back to home town if she wants to go. The agency owners never talk to the client and always place some rep on the phone who will behave as if they don't know anything. Later i came to know from the maid and her friends that it is a business they are running by calling maid for two months only and then asking maid to tell employer to send them back . This way they call the maids again after some time and place at other employers and earn agency fee again. Since employers are under contractual obligations they have to send the FDW back or maximum they will make her work for a few more months and then have to send her back. Then they will say they currently don't have anyone for transfer and make you wait. I could not wait more than a month and had to go for another agency. They did not refund me a single penny and even the cost of FDW's refund has to be bourne by me. This is a big FRAUD , If anyone form MOM is reading this , i would like to highlight the fraud and ask someone to take action against this FRADULENT Agency.

They the the biggest cheaters in Singapore. Sue ( Sukhpreet Kaur) is so clever and she knows how to fool people.
I don't know what MOM is waiting for. They have so many complaints.
Sue and her sister misbehave with maid called by them. They torcher them like anything.

Simply non-responsive, non productive and non reliable
I am writing this after suffering for 2 months. We needed a maid urgently and got in touch with this Koosh maid agency. Start was very nice and warm. Profiles were shown, interviews were conducted. But thats it !! It was told that our selected maid would arrive in two weeks. We waited for three weeks. No response. Phone calls, no reply. Emails, no reply. And then we were told, the girl can not come. Anyway, we went through selection process again. Again selected a girl. This time process was not fast. We had to call 3-4 times for each step and many times calls were not answered. At end, we selected another maid. Again waited...and waited and waited. No response from them. At last when we were honored by accepting our call, we were told that maid can not come. Strangely, we still kept out patience. But this time, they just stopped all responses. After several several follow ups, they scheduled an interview yesterday. I cancelled my plan and waited for phone call.........but story was not different. Today morning, when I emailed to ask the reason, it was told that today there would be interview. I am sitting at home now, and writing this review after waiting for 2 hrs. Not to mention, I have emailed for refund, before writing it.

I absolutely agree to the above mentioned reviews which are true. They are highly unprofessional and delay the work especially in case of transfer maids. It's been almost a month that I m waiting for a replacement..and I m paying levy for free with no maid in the house. Such an irresponsible behavior towards their work and client. I m going to complain about them to MOM soon.. They have only excuses to offer and not maids... Employees there just don't take the ownership of their work. I am yet to speak to the manager or owner of this agency as he or she is never available....

KOOSH Employment Services -- It sucks This agency provides indian/nepali maids. Stay away from these guys. They will be very polite and prompt when you take first maid from them -- they charge 1000 dollars as agency fee, btw. But when you ask for transfer maid (which I had to) they show true colors. They claim to do all screening and trainings etc. before getting maids to Singapore but that is all a big LIE. In my case it has been two months since I asked for transfer and I haven't got yet. They will schedule interview with girls who are not interested to join you as maid -- this is delaying tactics. Most of the staff is highly unprofessional to even understand the situation. I plan to not only file a complaint with MOM but also ask for refund of agency fee and expenses incurred for interim arrangements. Long battle ahead.... Just beware and stay away from them..

Koosh really sucks. They grabbed my money. They overcharged the agency fee and even did not pay my salary as their employee and proved mom by showing false documents that they paid my salary. They are very smart. Beware of Sukhpreet Kaur (Sue) and her sister Manmit Kaur. They all are cheating employees as well the poor maids and their employers. Their main aim is to make money. For money they can do anything with anyone. As their ex employee I know how they play with the customer and maids to grab their money. I am in debt just because of these people.

Their service really very lousy. I tried to get a punjabi helper from them and KOOSh was very unprofessional. I choose one helper and confirmed everything with KOOSH then suddenly KOOSh return to me saying that this helper was aleady taken by another house. I mean like where is the professionalism>???? they should have checked everything before allowing me to take a helper and when aeverything was confirmed they had to tell me this?? Also, at the start hey always ask you to pay a deposit od $500 which is hopeless as they are not going to expedite to get a maid for you but instead you will have to everyday follow up with them. Be informed DO NOT give the $500 as when you ask the money back, they will take one month to return you. Be careful when you get a maid from KOOSH. they do not apply to be genuine. I wam really very disappointed with them.

When I, Rekha, walked into their office it seems so well designed in black and white and the décor is to be commented on. Unlike other maids agencies this had a very warm interior -- pleasant speaking staff served us and guided us to select the maid we needed ..
and it has been three years the same maid is with us and we are happy.
